You can place an order by phone, fax, e-mail or - in the
near future - online.
Should you place an e-mail order we will call you back and clarify payment
details.
If a part is not in stock we will - except for rare cases - be able to get
it to you within 3 weeks.
However, after September 11, we see a dramatically increased delivery time
for heavy metal parts. For example one of our customers had to wait almost
8 weeks for his clutch although it had been shipped via Airmail which usually
takes only about 1 week.
It is always possible that parts delivery takes longer for reasons that
are beyond our control.
Should we for some reason send you the wrong part we will take it back no
questions asked.
If order an expensive part from Germany specifically for you that we are
unlikely to sell to someone else the 50% deposit is non-refundable in case
you change your mind.
But please don't be afraid to order from us because of the above remarks.
Our main goal is it to help Bitter owners in need and we will not make things
unnecessarily difficult for you.
